Find It — Real-World Treasure Hunt App
A location-based treasure hunt platform with PUBG-style shrinking circles, live Google Maps events, QR prize claiming, and a full admin event management system.
The problem
Running a real-world hunt needs live control of the play area and proof of who reached the prize first. Nothing off the shelf does it.
The hard part
A shrinking geofence driving live player state across many concurrent participants on one map, with QR claiming as tamper-resistant proof of arrival, countdown push notifications, and an admin console for running events.
Outcome
Delivered end to end, including the live event console used to run hunts.
