BWAM — Goods Transport & Delivery Platform
A 3-app on-demand logistics platform — users book vehicles by type and size, drivers accept and track deliveries, and admins control fares, complaints, and payments end-to-end.
The problem
Booking goods transport is phone calls and haggling: no way to pick a vehicle by size, watch the driver move, or hold the fare to a set rate.
The hard part
Three apps over one delivery lifecycle, with fare computed from vehicle type and size, live tracking, delivery verification and a complaints system — while the admin keeps control of fares and payouts across all of it.
Outcome
Three apps delivered as one logistics system — customer, driver and admin.
