These terms cover your use of zubairmz.com. They are deliberately short. They govern the website only — any actual engagement is covered by a separate written agreement between us, and where the two differ, that agreement wins.

What this site is

A portfolio and point of contact for Zubair MZ, an independent AI and full-stack engineer. Everything published here is provided for information. It is not professional, legal, or financial advice, and nothing on it constitutes an offer to enter a contract.

Enquiries are not engagements

Submitting the contact form starts a conversation, nothing more. No client relationship, obligation, or confidentiality duty exists until we have both signed a written agreement covering scope, price, and timeline. Please do not send confidential material or trade secrets through the contact form.

Portfolio and client work

Case studies describe work delivered for clients. Screenshots, product names, and logos belonging to those clients remain their property and appear here with their permission or in a form agreed with them. Metrics quoted are accurate to the best of my knowledge at the time of writing and describe past results — they are not a prediction of what a future project will achieve. Any client name not shown is withheld deliberately.

Content and copyright

The writing, code, design, and layout of this site are mine. You are welcome to quote a passage with attribution and a link. Republishing pages wholesale, or scraping the site to reproduce it elsewhere, is not permitted.

Availability

The site is provided as-is. I do not guarantee it will be available without interruption, and I may change, move, or remove any part of it without notice. To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.
